Miami Man Arrested For DUI Manslaughter
A Miami man was recently arrested for causing the deadly accident that took the lives of two teenage girls and a man with three children. April 13 was the day that such a tragedy occurred. The initial accident involved a 68-year-old SUV driver and two teenagers who were driving in another vehicle. The two teenage girls got out of their car to assess the damages. A Good Samaritan, Eduardo Hernandez, saw that the girls were distressed and got out of his car to assist them. Shortly after Hernandez joined the two girls, a third vehicle struck all three of them.
